These terms govern the services provided by A Plus Automotive Care, LLC, doing business as Advrtize ("we," "us"), to our clients ("you").
We build and manage paid social advertising campaigns — the offer, the ad creative, the lead capture form, and the reporting. The specific scope of your engagement is stated in your written agreement with us.
A one-time setup fee is due at signature. The monthly retainer begins when the first appointment is booked through the campaign and is billed monthly in advance. Engagements are month to month and either party may cancel with written notice.
Advertising spend is separate from our fees and is always paid by you, on your own account and payment method, directly to the advertising platform. We never hold, collect, invoice, mark up or front advertising budget.
You own your advertising account, your ad spend, your leads and your data. We work through partner access and release that access when the engagement ends.
We do not promise a specific number of leads, appointments or sales. Performance depends on your market, your offer, your budget and your own speed of follow-up. Any past results we reference are examples, not a guarantee of future performance.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the claims, offers, pricing and licensing information you give us to advertise, and for holding any licenses your industry requires.
Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
We may update these terms. The date above shows the last revision.
